What is Elder Abuse and How to Report it

Elder abuse may take many forms. North Dakota defines elder abuse as any willful act or omission of a caregiver or any other person which results in physical injury, mental anguish, unreasonable confinement, sexual abuse or exploitation, or financial exploitation to or of a vulnerable adult. If you suspect elder abuse, neglect or exploitation, please report it. Below are links with more information on how to file a report.
