Mack Completes Graduate School of Banking

Lindsay Mack, AVP/Human Resources Director at Cornerstone Bank in Fargo, was awarded a certificate of completion on March 26, 2017, at the 17th annual Human Resource Management School presented by the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mack has an accounting degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and has worked in the field of human resources for 9 years. She has her Professional in Human Resources Certification and is an active member of NDBA’s Human Resources Peer Group along with the Fargo Moorhead Human Resource Association. She also serves as a board member for the Rape and Crisis Abuse Center in Fargo.

The Human Resource Management School provides the foundation for new or veteran human resource professionals to tie together important issues in human resource management with a bottom-line understanding of the business of banking. Designed specifically for financial services HR professionals, this program helps to expand knowledge of the banking industry and human resource management, improve employee performance and establish a network of colleagues with whom to interact and exchange ideas. The HR Management School provides an opportunity for students to learn from respected industry experts about today's key issues in human resource management.

The Graduate School of Banking is sponsored by the 18 state bankers associations comprising the Central States Conference of Bankers Associations, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and was established in 1945 to provide bankers with an opportunity for advanced study and research in banking, economics and leadership.
