In an effort to keep our customers, team members, and communities safe and healthy, our bank lobbies will be temporarily closed starting Thursday, March 19.

Cornerstone Bank WILL remain open in order to meet your financial needs, however, business will be done through our drive-ups and our bankers are just a phone call or email away.

During this time:

  • Call or email your banker. They are still available to help you with your banking needs. 
  • Use our drive-ups.
  • Use ATMs for cash withdrawals and checking balances.
  • Use our online banking and mobile banking app for convenient access to your accounts 24/7. If you have not enrolled in Online Banking, click here to sign up for personal online banking. Once you are enrolled in personal online banking, you can sign up for mobile banking and download our mobile app. For business online banking, contact your Cornerstone Banker to sign up. 

Please also be aware of increased scams and fraudulent communication during the pandemic. Click here to see the Federal Trade Commission’s tips to avoid scams. Remember, If you are ever in question as to whether the person calling or emailing you is from Cornerstone Bank, hang up  and do not reply to the email. Then, call our main number at 888-297-2100 and ask for the person who just called or emailed you.

Our Pandemic Preparedness Team has been meeting regularly and we have plans in place to work through this situation. We care about our customers, team members, and the communities we serve. We will be closely following the CDC’s recommendations for re-opening lobbies and will be communicating updates as new information is available.
