Fun fact about our Watford City Bank: Our original bank in Watford City started in a trailer house back in the 1980’s.

What makes our community unique: Watford City is a melting pot of people. We learn a lot from the newcomers who we welcome to our community.

Community organizations we are involved in: Emergency Medical Services, Rural Leadership, Rotary, Lions, Fair board, Housing Authority, Economic Development Authority, Chamber of Commerce, North Dakota Economic Department Foundation, Job Development Authority, Arnegard Boosters, Dollars for Scholars, Pick up the Patch, Feed the Starving Children, Rural Fire Departments, Project Hope, Youth Coaches of various sports.

What makes our community great? The people! Our school system has children from 49 states and 20 countries.

We do “Random Act of Kindness Compliments of Cornerstone Bank” throughout the year by teaming up with our customers to do things like give away free cups of coffee.
