Customer Service Representative/Lead Teller
Cornerstone Bank is looking for a enthusiastic candidate to play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service. This candidate will assist in training tellers on operational issues, be knowledgeable of policies and procedures, and make judgment decisions. Responsible for expanding and deepening customer relationships by identifying customers’ need, opening and renewing deposit accounts, and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years previous customer service, cash handling or banking experience or training is required. Previous superviosr experience preferred.
